Key Areas of Responsibility
- To carry our full lifecycle system implementations across a few key industries.
- This will encompass analysis, design, implementation, training, and support.
- Map customers’ information flow between systems and or processes, in order to identify where manual intervention takes place. Including where there is duplication of data capture or work efforts. The focus is on re-engineering operational processes:
- Functional Assessments:
- Through workshops with business compile context diagrams & functional diagrams,
- Establish business requirements and issues.
- Determine ‘As-Is’ Process Documentation:
- Obtain standard operating procedures and document processes,
- Conduct process walk-throughs,
- Assess data and document flows,
- Determine best practice ‘To-Be’ Processes.
- Functional Assessments:
- Consultation with customers and interaction with prospective customers. This can include: assessments, workshops, discussions, training etc.
- Once projects have been delivered, it is expected to provide ongoing services to the customer where we will not only support but align ourselves with the customers’ strategic objectives.

This will encompass:

Experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented project manager who knows how to develop and execute a plan whilst directing and monitoring your projects, ultimately leading our team to success. You will ensure adherence to set timelines and budgets and frequently report on progress. Organised and experienced candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion
- Monitor all moving parts of the project, keeping them synchronised and moving forward
- Work with the project administrator to prepare, organise, and distribute all necessary project materials
- Organise and implement formulated policies and procedures
- Run all project meetings and ensure the project expectations are met
- Budget forecast and assess possible project risks and setbacks
- Maintain and update budgets as the project progresses
- Calculate project metrics, including quality assurance, profits and losses
- Communicate pertinent information between management, staff and stakeholders

Responsibilities
The role will include carrying out full lifecycle ERP sales.
An ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, energetic, well organized, and definitely customer focused. You will need to be a good communicator and able to identify business opportunities within our key markets, build relationships and close deals.
